Do you want to help develop a modern mechanical workshop with short decision-making paths where you can truly make an impact?

DMF Tooling is now looking for a Production Engineer who wants to take overall responsibility for preparation, production development, and technical support for our operations. You will be part of the entire manufacturing process – from planning to verification. If you have previous milling experience and want to take the next step towards working more with preparation, improvements, and production flows, this could be the role for you!

At DMF Tooling, you will become a key person between the customer, production, and management. You will work closely with the operators and be driving the work to develop processes, streamline flows, and ensure high quality.

About the Role

As a Production Engineer, you will have a central role in the business. You will be part of an engaged technical team where you together are responsible for planning, preparing, and quality-assuring the manufacturing processes. You will work in close collaboration with production, engineering, and sales, following the work all the way – from customer inquiry to verified delivery.

Your Responsibilities

• Preparation of new and existing articles.
• Creation of operation lists and work instructions.
• Technical support to production.
• Improvement work within quality, productivity, and delivery precision.
• Participation in quotation work and costing.
• Develop and standardize working methods.
• Work in Monitor ERP.
• CAM programming.

We are looking for you who have:

• Experience from manufacturing industry.
• Worked with CNC machining, production engineering, or preparation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Structured and solution-oriented.
• Enjoy being out in the operations where production takes place.

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience with Monitor ERP.
• Fusion 360.
• CAD skills.
