This is initially a 12-month consultancy assignment via Unik Resurs with good opportunities for extension.

Job Description and Responsibilities

As an Operational Buyer, you will become an important part of the Supply Support team, responsible for ensuring that materials and services are in place on time to meet production needs. You will work in a dynamic and production-proximity environment with many contact points, both internally and externally.

The role is characterized by a high focus on delivery and requires you to drive your work forward independently while collaborating closely with colleagues in areas such as production, planning, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• Be responsible for purchasing spare parts, repairs, and services related to aircraft components.
• Place and follow up on purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle and administer sales orders.
• Obtain and analyze cost calculations.
• Work with flow optimization and improvements within the supply chain.
• Review and evaluate suppliers' cost analyses.

Your Profile

• At least three years of experience in operational purchasing.
• Post-secondary education in purchasing, logistics, economics, or another relevant field.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work in a structured, independent manner with multiple parallel tasks at a high pace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing within aircraft maintenance, defense industry, pharmaceutical industry, or other regulated activities.
• Knowledge of or interest in export control.
• Experience with the business system IFS.
