About Us

Vårdcentralen Burlöv is located in newly renovated and pleasant premises inside Burlöv Center. The health center opened in February 2022 and currently has around 5,000 registered patients. We are a growing operation with short decision-making paths and great opportunities to influence both work methods and development.

About the Role

We are now looking for a diabetes nurse who wants to help develop our diabetes clinic. At present, we do not yet have large patient volumes in the diabetes area, which means the role can be shaped in different ways depending on your experience and preferences.

We therefore see two possible setups:

• Part-time, where you work with diabetes patients a few days per week.
• Full-time, where the work is combined with other nursing duties such as clinic work, telephone advice, and routine tasks within primary care.

You will work independently with diabetes patients while being part of a competent and engaged team where collaboration and knowledge sharing are encouraged.

Who are you?

• Is a licensed nurse with further education or experience in diabetes care.
• Has experience working with diabetes patients at a health center or within primary care.
• Is confident in your professional role and has good ability to work independently.
• Is positive, engaged, and solution-oriented.
• Thrives in cross-professional collaboration and contributes to a good work climate.
• Has a genuine interest in patient meetings and person-centered care.
