We are now looking for a Customer Success Specialist for a growing company that develops modern, cloud-based solutions for personnel-intensive operations. Here, you will have a central role in the customer journey and the opportunity to influence both working methods and the customer experience.
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will become a key person in the team, responsible for the customer relationship after the business deal is closed. You will follow the customer from onboarding to ongoing support and further development of their use of the system.
The role is varied and involves both operational support and proactive work to develop customers' working methods. You work daily in various systems and with integrations to customers' HR and payroll solutions, which requires your technical understanding and problem-solving skills.
