Do you want to take a key role in an operation where quality, animal welfare, and team spirit are at the center – and at the same time become part of one of Sweden's strongest food brands?
Delsbo Slakteri is a family-owned slaughterhouse with strong local roots and close collaborations with livestock farmers in northern Sweden. In 2026, Delsbo became part of Scan Sweden and thus Lantmännen. Here, the small-scale and family-oriented approach is combined with the strength of a leading food corporation.
Together with colleagues and suppliers, you contribute to delivering locally produced and sustainable food – while helping to develop a viable Swedish meat production.
What you will do
As the Head of Slaughter, you play a central role in production, leading and distributing the work for a team of approximately 14 employees. You ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with legal requirements, animal welfare regulations, and our certifications within ISO 22000 and KRAV.
You work closely with transporters, the Quality Manager, and the Swedish Food Agency, acting as a vital link between different parts of the business. The role is both operational and administrative, involving production planning, follow-up, and driving improvements in routines and working methods.
Through your leadership, you create structure and quality in daily work and contribute to developing both the team and the business forward.
