Your responsibilities:

• Program, operate, and monitor the painting facility.
• Ensure that production follows specifications.
• Perform quality controls and adjustments as needed.
• Maintain and clean machines and equipment to ensure efficient, safe, and continuous operation.
• Collaborate closely with your own and other departments to ensure a good working environment, correct quality, environmental consideration, and delivery security to the customer.

Your profile:

We are looking for you with experience in industrial work and familiarity with powder coating. You are technically knowledgeable and have a good understanding of machine functions. Furthermore, you are interested in programming and controlling advanced machines.

As a person, you are meticulous and quality-conscious. You take initiative and are accustomed to working both independently and in a team. You have good collaboration and communication skills. Additionally, you are flexible and have the ability to adapt to new technology and improve work processes.
