Are you an experienced laser cutting machine operator looking for new challenges? Our laser cutting machines are the Trumpf TruLaser 3040 and the Trumpf TruLaser 3030 with a liftmaster. We offer a unique opportunity to become part of our wonderful team and work in a state-of-the-art machine park! We are looking for an experienced, technical person who wants to work in our specialty workshop with steel laser cutting and who can handle and program our advanced laser cutting machines with precision and efficiency.

Your responsibilities:

• Program, operate, and monitor laser cutting machines
• Ensure that production follows specifications
• Perform quality controls and adjustments as needed
• Collaborate with production engineers and designers to optimize processes and create prototypes
• Maintain machines to ensure continuous operation

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in workshop work with a focus on laser cutting
• Is technically knowledgeable and has a good understanding of machine functions
• Is interested in programming and controlling advanced machines
• Is meticulous, quality-conscious, and able to work independently
• Is accustomed to working both independently and in a group and can take initiative
• Has good communication skills and can collaborate well with colleagues
• Has the ability to adapt to new technology and improve work processes
