Do you want to work as a CNC operator in a company where quality, precision, and technical competence are at the center of everything? We are now looking for CNC operators for both turning and milling at Enerco Mechpart in Hofors.

Here you will work with single-piece production and small series, which places high demands on accuracy and professional skill. You are responsible for programming, setup, and operation of the machines, and you will have a varied role where your competence truly makes a difference.

Responsibilities

• Independently set up, rig, and program CNC machines
• Work primarily with single-piece production or small series
• Read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing specifications
• Perform thorough quality controls
• Ensure high precision in manufactured components
• Car out ongoing maintenance of machines
• Contribute to improvement work and the development of more efficient processes

Location: Hofors

Employment: Full-time

Working hours: Two-shift system

About You

You are a careful and responsible person who thrives in both independent work and team collaboration. You are technically curious, structured, and have an eye for detail. At Enerco, it is important to be flexible, engaged, and willing to develop together with the business.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a CNC operator in turning and/or milling
• Experience working with single-piece production or short series
• Knowledge of control systems such as Fanuc, Manual Guide, Heidenhain, or equivalent
• Experience with drawing reading, measuring technology, and control measurement
• Valid B-class driver's license

Merits

• Experience with Edgecam
• Hold forklift and overhead crane certificates (A1 and B1)
