CNC Lego in Sandviken manufactures spare parts and tools in small to medium-sized series. Our goal is to always deliver the highest quality to our customers on time. We are now looking for a knowledgeable Technical and Quality Manager for our machine shop.

About the job

We call the role Technical and Quality Manager.

The role is versatile with varying days and involves many hands-on situations. Do you like technology, structure, order and tidiness, and are you a real "doer"? Become part of our team.

Based on incoming customer orders, you plan production orders together with the site manager for the work team, which consists of 11 people. Here you plan out tasks for the team and in what order the tasks should be performed. In addition, you ensure order and tidiness in the workshop, order tools, and ensure optimal cutting data for programs. You should be able to assist with programming toolpaths and create programs in advance if needed.

When production orders are completed, you must ensure that the desired customer quality is achieved. Some customer contact may occur.

In addition, daily problem-solving related to the workshop and its facilities is part of the role.

If someone in the team is sick, you should be able to step in and operate CNC-controlled lathes and milling machines as well as conventional machines. Workshop experience is therefore important in this role.

The position is full-time. Working hours are 40 hours per week with flexible Monday.

What we are looking for in you

• Good knowledge of CNC programming and cutting data. This is critical for the position.
• Good knowledge of GibbsCAM or similar CAM systems.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of measuring technology.
• Advantageous to have knowledge of Monitor ERP or similar business systems (not a requirement).

Employment type: Full-time 40 hours per week with a 6-month probation period, which then converts to a permanent position.

Working hours: Monday–Thursday 06:30–16:00, Friday 06:30–12:45.

Salary: According to agreement.
