We are now looking for assemblers for our production in Gävle, specializing in cable assembly and soldering. At Swelex, you will become an important part of our team where we together ensure high quality, delivery precision, and functional solutions for our customers.

As an assembler, you work with assembling products according to drawings, instructions, and established processes. You are involved from raw material to finished product, ensuring everything is correct – both technically and in terms of quality.

You work both independently and in a team, and have daily contact with production, warehouse, and technical staff.

• Assemble cables and components according to drawings and instructions

• Work with soldering and electronics assembly

• Ensure that the right materials are used and that the work maintains high quality

• Perform tests and self-inspections according to routine

• Document work, time, and materials in business systems

• Contribute to order and tidiness in production

• Are precise, structured, and quality-conscious

• Have a technical interest and enjoy practical work

• Can work both independently and in a team

• Take responsibility and have a solution-oriented approach to work

• Upper secondary education or equivalent

• Experience in assembly, preferably within cabling or electronics

• Experience reading drawings and following instructions

• Basic computer skills

• Experience with soldering or electronics assembly

• Certificates IPC-A-620 and/or FSD 5115/5117

• Experience with business systems (e.g., Monitor)
