In the role of Operator, you are responsible for monitoring the production of our client's high-quality products. This means you may work in different departments with various tasks such as forklift driving, production supervision, operating loaders, etc. You play an active role in operational work where you drive both problem-solving and development forward. Our client works according to Lean principles where safety and continuous improvement are a natural part of your daily routine. The position involves physically demanding tasks, which requires good physical fitness. You do not need prior industry experience – we value the right attitude and the willingness to learn.
As a consultant at Randstad, you are employed by us and work on-site at one of our clients. You enjoy the same benefits at Randstad as at other employers with collective agreements, such as wellness benefits, occupational healthcare, and insurance. In addition, you are offered numerous career opportunities, exposure to different corporate cultures, and experience from various industries, allowing you to develop your skills and build a strong CV.
