We are now looking for a CNC Operator for our brand new Mazak multitasking lathe at SKF Couplings & Bolts in Hofors – a role where you will work with modern technology in a growing and forward-looking operation.

About the role

We are in an exciting phase of expansion and are looking for someone who wants to be involved from the start and put their mark on our new production within turning and milling. You will work in our state-of-the-art Mazak Integrex e-500H – an advanced 5-axis machine that offers high precision and great variety in tasks.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to use and further develop your skills in Mazatrol, Edgecam, and ISO programming. You will work with both ready-made programs and have the opportunity to program yourself, where your expertise in CAM preparation and parameter programming becomes a key part of our success.

The position primarily involves shift work and suits you if you thrive in a dynamic environment where technology, development, and quality are in focus.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of reading technical drawings and metrology
• Technical interest and experience in turning and milling, preferably in 5-axis machines
• Experience with CAM programming
• Quality-conscious, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and enjoys technical challenges
• Capable of working under time pressure and has a strong desire to develop
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Merits

• Experience with Mazatrol and Edgecam
• Crane and forklift licenses
