About the company

At Metallprodukter, we work strategically, sustainably, and long-term. We are curious to develop and see opportunities in new circumstances. Today, we have grown to approximately 30 employees with an annual turnover of around 50 million SEK. Our factory is located in Edsbyn, in the scenic region of Hälsingland.

Production takes place in own-owned, newly renovated premises with modern machinery. As a contract manufacturer within sheet metal and mechanics, as well as product developers, we manufacture everything from display holders, office furniture, and shop fittings to gym equipment and industrial products.

Your responsibilities

Are you a skilled welder with experience and feel it is time to develop further in your career? Then this could be the right opportunity for you!

• Contribute to improvement work regarding quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Support and develop colleagues in the team.
• Lead and coach a team of welders in daily operations.
• Ensure that production maintains high quality and is delivered on time.
• Plan and distribute tasks.
• Be involved in improvement work and process development.
• Contribute to a safe and pleasant working environment.

Your background and skills

• Have several years of experience in welding.
• Have good knowledge of reading drawings and different welding methods.
• Are responsible, structured, and solution-oriented.
• Have natural leadership qualities or a strong interest in developing within leadership.
• Enjoy working both practically and with people.
