Production Team Member for our Historic Production Facility in Gävle

About the Role

We are now looking for a production team member who wants to become part of our historic production facility in Gävle, where we have been manufacturing wallpapers for generations with a focus on quality, feeling, and craftsmanship.

In this role, you will work broadly within the production and be involved wherever needed – from the bulk kitchen where colors are mixed to warehouse work and other production tasks. Together with engaged colleagues, you will contribute to ensuring our products maintain the high quality that Duro is known for.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Mix water-based paint in the bulk kitchen according to recipes and quality requirements
• Work in production, where various tasks may occur
• Warehouse work such as picking, packing, and handling materials
• Ensure order, quality, and a safe working method
• Help out where needed in our daily production

We are looking for someone who

• Enjoys practical work and working with their hands
• Is meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Has good collaboration skills and contributes to a positive team spirit
• Is flexible and enjoys varied tasks
• Has a forklift license or experience from production/warehouse (meritorious but not a requirement)
