Scandinavian Gastro Clinic has provided specialist care since 2014 and is currently located in Karlstad, Malmö, and Mölndal. We specialize in gastrointestinal and liver diseases, with a particular focus on Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). We also investigate unexplained abdominal pain and cancers of the digestive tract.

Our team also includes specialist physicians in general practice, general surgery, and proctology.

Our multidisciplinary team is complemented by nurses, nursing assistants, dietitians, medical secretaries, receptionists, and our own operating department.

The patient's safety and well-being are always at the center of our care – both regarding nursing and medical treatment.

Job Description

As a Specialist in Medical Gastroenterology with us, you will enjoy a varied and independent role within your profession. Your responsibilities will include outpatient work, investigation, and treatment of patients with conditions such as:

• Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD)
• Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders
• Liver Diseases
• Dyspepsia and Reflux
• Celiac Disease, Malabsorption, Motility Disorders
• Gastroscopies and Colonoscopies, etc.

• is a Specialist in Medical Gastroenterology
• is confident in your professional role and works independently

Experience working in private specialist care is meritorious but not a requirement.
