About Us

In Region 6, which is part of Division Adults and works with care and support for adult clients within SOL (Social Services Act) and LSS (Act of Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), our values are the foundation of everything we do.

We operate over a broad geographical area with a total of 16 units in Örebro, Dalarna, Gävle, Älvkarleby, and Bollnäs.

As a Regional Quality Developer (RQD) with us, you will become the hub of our quality and improvement work. You will have a central and strategic role where you actively contribute to securing the vision that everyone has the right to a good life. Our strength lies in close collaboration and shared ownership. In our regional team, the Regional Manager, Regional Quality Developer, and Regional Operations Manager work together without hierarchy and collaborate across the entire region to drive development forward. You will guide managers and employees, drive quality development, and collaborate across unit and division boundaries.

About the Role

In the role of Regional Quality Developer with us, you are the hub of our improvement work. Your mission is to promote and develop quality in our operations by working both strategically and operationally. You will collaborate closely with regional leadership and other key persons to plan, implement, and evaluate initiatives that make a real difference for our clients.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Guiding managers and employees in everything from documentation and self-control to journal systems and deviation reporting.
  • Developing and implementing methods that ensure high quality in the region and following up on goal-oriented management.
  • Conducting monthly reviews of deviations and Lex Sarah, as well as stepping in to conduct investigations in various situations.
  • Through spot checks and follow-up of authority decisions, ensuring that our measures have the desired effect and that we always work in accordance with current legislation and policies.
  • Training in Clarifying Pedagogy and Contact Person work.
  • Leading the Regional Values Group.

You will have a central role where you actively contribute to collaboration between our different divisions, regions, and units, while acting professionally, solution-focused, and in accordance with Humana's values.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a confident person with a well-developed analytical ability. You like order and structure, but are also flexible to find solutions when conditions change. As a person, you are professional in your approach and have a natural ability to inspire others to improve. You can work independently but are also a team player.

For this position, you must:

  • Have a degree in Social Work or equivalent education.
  • Have experience of practical work within care and support, preferably in areas concerning both SOL and LSS.

It is also meritorious if you:

  • Have experience of managerial or coordinating functions or in-depth quality work.
  • Have experience of working with values issues, norm-critical work, and anti-discrimination legislation.

Other Information

  • Possible locations: Gävle or Uppsala
  • Employment type: Permanent with a six-month probationary period
  • Work hours: 100%
  • Working time: Daytime
  • Salary: According to agreement, other benefits according to collective agreement
  • Start date: According to agreement, sooner is preferable
