Scope: Part-time, approx. 50%

Duration: 3–4 months (with possibility of extension)

Start: Immediately / as soon as possible

Location: Uppsala

On behalf of one of our clients, we are currently looking for a driven and self-sufficient Economic Administrator for an exciting part-time assignment. Our client is a stable and well-known actor within the public sector in Uppsala. The assignment starts as soon as possible and initially lasts for 3–4 months, with possibilities for extension as the client's future needs are assessed.

Responsibilities

In the role of Economic Administrator, you will become an important pillar in the ongoing economic management. You are expected to drive your processes independently and have a proactive approach to solving administrative tasks efficiently.

Your main tasks:

• Accounting and processing of invoices.
• Handling expense reports, reimbursements, and fees.
• Handling taxable benefits (e.g., meal benefits) and similar documentation.
• Gathering missing documentation to attach to invoices and expense reports.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is confident in their economic role, is service-minded, and enjoys taking initiative. Since the assignment starts immediately, it is important that you are system-savvy and quick to adapt to new routines.

Qualifications:

• Experience with ongoing economic administration, accounting, and invoice processing.
• Good administrative skills and habit of working independently.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is a big plus (meritorious) if you have:

• Experience with the systems Proceedo and Primula.
• Experience with the system Raindance.
• Previous experience working within a government agency/university sector.
