About the role

As a Receptionist with caretaker responsibilities, you will be our face to the outside world and an important part of daily operations. You will greet visitors, handle incoming inquiries, and create a welcoming environment. The role also includes simpler caretaking tasks – perfect for you who enjoy fixing things, solving problems, and keeping things running.

Responsibilities

Reception

• Receive and welcome visitors and suppliers
• Handle the telephone exchange and incoming emails
• Administrative tasks and service to colleagues
• Post and package administration

Caretaking

• Simple repairs and maintenance
• Orders and replenishment of materials
• Practical support during meetings and internal events
• Daily rounds and follow-up of premises and outdoor areas

Requirements

• Experience in service roles, such as reception, customer service, or similar
• Good IT skills and experience working in administrative systems
• Ability to communicate clearly in Swedish & English (both verbally and in writing)
• Good physical fitness to perform simpler practical and technical tasks
• Structured and responsible with the ability to work independently

Qualifications that are a plus

• Experience in caretaking, property maintenance, or practical tasks
• Valid B driver's license
