In the municipality of Eslöv, you find the calmness of a small town, proximity, and a vibrant countryside, but also access to culture and business offerings. Here you will find Vårdcentralen Tåbelund, which is one of the health centers that has won the prestigious "Glass Apple" award, a fine recognition for well-functioning operations. Today, we are approximately 50 employees taking care of our 11,500 registered patients. Our health center is well-functioning and well-staffed, offering our patients a wide range of healthcare services.

Together with the Municipality of Eslöv and the Maternal and Child Health Centre of Region Skåne, we also run "Familjens Hus" (The Family House) for children and families in Eslöv. This is a appreciated and well-functioning activity with many visitors from Eslöv and the surrounding area. We also operate a Child Health Center (BVC).

Among us, we have a high ceiling and get along well. We work actively with the development and improvement of the operations, where development is sought both at the operational and individual levels.

WORK ASSIGNMENTS

In the role of nurse or district nurse, you work with triage, acute assessments, telephone advice, and potentially work at the district nurse clinic and special clinics.

Working hours are scheduled on weekdays.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with permission to work within Swedish healthcare, preferably with specialist training as a district nurse. Language skills in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale are a requirement.

If you have experience from clinic operations and own clinic at a health center, we see this as meritorious for the position. It is also meritorious if you have training in triage, motivational interviewing, functional training in diabetes or asthma, training in wound care, incontinence, smoking cessation, or other interesting training. Knowledge of the medical record system PMO is also seen as meritorious for the position.
