We are an engaged team of approximately 38 employees who together are responsible for about 8,400 registered patients. Among us work specialist doctors, ST- and AT-doctors, district nurses, general nurses, nursing assistants, secretaries, physiotherapists, a psychosocial team, an occupational therapist, a dietitian, and child health centre nurses. We work closely together and are proud of the good cohesion between professional categories. We help each other and work actively with communication within the team, because we know that makes everyday life both more enjoyable and secure.

• Target of approximately 1,100 registered patients per full-time doctor
• 5% scheduled study time
• Possibility for individually adapted schedules

We have well-developed clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, hypertension, cognitive impairment, and elderly care.

It is easy to commute to the railway hub of Hässleholm, and from Lund it takes about 30 minutes by train. To get to Solbrinken Health Centre, you can easily take the city bus that stops right outside or go for a short bike ride, if you prefer that. RESPONSIBILITIES

As a General Practitioner specialist with us, you will have a varied and stimulating everyday life with both scheduled clinic visits and acute cases. You meet patients of all ages and have an important role in developing the operations and contributing to high medical quality.

We work in a team-based manner, which creates added value for the patient, and place great emphasis on creating a sustainable work environment for our employees. You are offered an introduction tailored to your needs, and we prioritize both collegial support and further education and competence development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are now looking for you who are a licensed physician with authorization to work in Swedish healthcare and are a specialist in general medicine. Language skills in Swedish equivalent to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale are a requirement for the position. Experience of working at a health centre is meritorious, as is experience of working with PMO (Patient Management Organization).

We are looking for you who have an interest in primary care and who, together with us, want to influence and develop both your own work and the operations as a whole. As a person, you are responsible and attentive towards patients and colleagues. Flexibility and the ability to take initiative are also required. You work independently while collaborating within and across professional boundaries. For us, it is a matter of course to always start from the patient's needs and conditions. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
