About the role
You are employed as an interim manager by us but work on assignments at our customers' sites around Norrköping. This gives you a unique opportunity to see many different operations, contribute to improvements in their daily work, and develop together with other leaders in the Pokayoke team.

As an interim manager with us, your assignments can vary from supporting an establishment phase in a new warehouse to optimizing operations, staffing, and processes. Regardless of the assignment, you work closely with the customer and their team, while always having the Pokayoke community behind you.
