Do you want to become one of Nobina's new bus drivers?

You then have the opportunity to receive a bus driver training at Grönlunds in Linköping, which can lead to employment with Nobina. The training is between 18–22 weeks long, starting in the summer of 2026.

NOTE! This applies only to you if you live in Kisa, Åtvidaberg, or Linköping and surrounding areas.

Requirements for Admission

To be admitted to the training, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Be registered with the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen).
2. Have held a Category B driver's license for at least one year.
3. Be over 21 years of age.
4. Have good Swedish skills in both speech and writing, as the training is conducted exclusively in Swedish.
5. Have a Swedish personal identity number.

If you were born abroad, please bring your passport or residence permit card to the meeting.

Note! An extract from the criminal record will be requested by the employer at a later stage.

You have the opportunity to receive compensation during the training period, provided you are registered with the Swedish Public Employment Service.

Registration for Information Meeting

Register for the information meeting on August 28, 2026 by emailing [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]).

Attend at your scheduled time (choose 10:00 AM or 1:00 PM) at Nobinahuset / Resecentrum, Industrigatan 1 in Linköping.

During the information meeting, you will receive information about the vacant positions and be interviewed by Nobina. Grönlunds Vocational School will be present to provide information about the training itself. The Swedish Public Employment Service will also be present to provide information about compensation, conditions for admission to the training, decisions, etc.
