to apply for the job
GVM Gräsvårdsmaskiner AB is centralizing its warehouse operations, and the new central warehouse will be located at our unit in Linköping. We are now looking for the person who will be responsible for the central warehouse and ensure that the right spare parts reach the right customer at the right time, whether it is a golf course in Malmö, a municipality in Uppsala, or one of our own service technicians out in the field.
The role is combined and varied: part of the day you will work practically with receiving, picking, and packing parcels, while a large part of the work is administrative – order management, purchasing, monitoring reorder points, and communication with suppliers and colleagues. Your closest colleagues within the spare parts organization are located at GVM units around the country, which means that remote collaboration and clear communication are important.
This is an opportunity to help shape something new. You will have a significant impact on how the central warehouse is organized and which routines are established.

Your Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the daily flow in the central warehouse – receiving, storage, picking, and packing of spare parts orders
- Order management and delivery monitoring towards external customers (golf courses, municipalities, facilities) and internal units (service technicians and spare parts colleagues around the country)
- Ongoing work with reorder points, safety stock, and replenishment orders to avoid shortage situations
- Purchasing spare parts from suppliers – inquiries, order placement, and follow-up
- Administer item registers, inventory balances, and transactions in the business system Monitor G5
- Close collaboration with service technicians and spare parts managers at other units in Sweden
- Contribute to building structures, routines, and processes for the new central warehouse
We are looking for you who
- Have experience with warehouse work combined with administrative tasks – you feel equally comfortable at the computer as on the warehouse floor
- Have worked with purchasing processes, reorder points, or similar flow control
- Are meticulous and structured – you know that an incorrect item number or a missed order can stop a customer's operations

Meritorious Qualifications
Experience with Monitor G5 is highly meritorious. Background in machinery, vehicles, agriculture, or similar industries is also a plus – it facilitates understanding of the spare parts you handle. Previous experience in establishing warehouse routines or working in a central support function is highly valued.
We Offer
- A unique opportunity to help build our new central warehouse and its routines from scratch – your contribution is visible and counted
- A varied daily routine with both practical and administrative tasks
- Secure permanent employment under the Technical Agreement with a market-competitive salary

- Fresh premises in Linköping with modern working conditions
- A family-oriented organization with short decision-making paths and engaged colleagues around Sweden
