Sajab Vintage is one of Sweden's leading auction houses for vintage motorcycles, classic cars, and collector vehicles. We mediate everything from single classics to entire vehicle collections for a large international customer base, and regularly arrange auctions featuring motorcycles, cars, parts, and automotive curiosities. We are now looking for a new team member for our customer reception and warehouse in Linghem, just outside Linköping!

About the role

You will become part of our team and work with some of Sweden's finest vintage motorcycles. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Photographing motorcycles and vehicle parts for auction
• Receiving and delivering motorcycles to sellers and buyers
• Customer service – answering phones and handling company emails
• Warehouse management
• Pick-up and delivery of motorcycles using company vehicles around Sweden (driver's license required)

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is hands-on and comfortable working with their hands, but who is also proficient with computers. Photographic experience is a plus. You are organized, detail-oriented, and appreciate order and structure. A strong interest in or prior experience with motorcycle handling is a big plus, as it will help you get up to speed quickly and understand our products.

We would like you to:

• Be practical and thrive in a role with varied tasks.
• Be comfortable communicating in English.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Class B).
• Be service-oriented and communicative, both over the phone, via email, and on the computer.
• Have an interest in vehicles (meritorious, but not a requirement).

Scope and employment type

The position is initially at 75%, with the possibility of full-time employment. We prefer a full-time solution for the period March–November, but are open to different proposals regarding scope and structure – reach out, and we will find a solution that suits both you and us. Seasonal work may also be of interest.

The workplace is based in Linghem, outside Linköping.
