CityMail delivers mail and packages to approximately 6 million private individuals and businesses in Sweden. We are now looking for more colleagues in Linköping.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old

• Has basic knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing

• Holds a B driver's license

• Thrives in physical work

• Is comfortable operating vehicles for which you hold a license/permit (bicycle, moped, car)

Experience in similar work is an advantage, but your background is not the most important factor for us. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and attitude towards work, which is why we place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process.

What does a typical workday look like?

The operations are open on weekdays, excluding public holidays. Working hours are distributed between 08:00 and 17:30.

• The workday begins with preparations for the day's deliveries, where you and your colleagues sort the day's mail and packages.

• Afterwards, the delivery takes place within the assigned area. We primarily use electric bicycles for deliveries, but you may also use a car depending on which delivery route you have for the day.

• Once all letters and packages have been delivered, you return to the office to finish with administration and preparation for the next day's work together with your colleagues.

Employment Type

The position is a so-called hourly employment, where each work shift constitutes a separate fixed-term employment. You will work with varying hours and scope, depending on the day and needs. We would prefer that you are available to work up to full-time hours during daytime. To ensure you have the right conditions for success, the employment begins with an introduction.

Salary

Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary ladder applies to both permanent and hourly employees. Starting hourly wage is 150 SEK (incl. 12% holiday pay), which corresponds to 134 SEK (excl. 12% holiday pay).
