To increase service levels and continue to be a professional partner to our customers and carriers, we are now looking for a Traffic Manager to join our team in Linköping. This is a full-time position.

In the role of Traffic Manager, you represent our carriers for Frigoscandia Transport. You will handle load planning, ensure we have the right capacity, monitor operations in real-time, and ensure deliveries are made as planned. You will also handle and sell surplus cargo to external carriers, purchase additional capacity, and create customer-specific setups based on needs. You will work with upselling in your role, creating added value for our customers and suppliers. Another important part of the job is documentation of various kinds, quality control, and result follow-ups. You will work in the TMS Alystra system and support carriers in using the system. The role of Traffic Manager is fun and varied. You will have a broad range of tasks and many contact points both internally and externally to ensure our customers receive high-quality service.

The position includes rotating on-call duty.

We are looking for someone with previous experience as a Traffic Manager who enjoys working strategically and long-term to create good solutions for us, our customers, and our suppliers. You have post-secondary education with a focus on logistics and good geographical knowledge within Sweden's borders, and you master both Swedish and English well in speech and writing. If you also have experience in logistics with a focus on food handling, this is considered an extra merit.
