Those who start as pilots undergo a training period of 6-12 months, during which a probationary employment applies. The mentoring team consists of pilots in active service. A condition for permanent employment is that the training is completed with a passing grade.
The positions are to be filled as soon as possible, with the latest start date in early 2027 and training starting in mid-March 2027.
We conduct our selection using, among other things, in-depth personality assessment through work-psychological suitability tests, practical driving in a simulator, interviews, and possible security clearance.
