Martin & Servera Logistics is the logistics hub for most of the Martin & Servera Group's volumes. Your Responsibilities

This role involves working together with the rest of the transport function to optimize our transports in the Norrköping area. You will seek cost-effective solutions through efficient route planning. You will work on setting up tours for how our trucks should operate in both the short and long term, taking into account changes in our customer structure. To succeed in this, you will have frequent contact with other functions, both internally and externally. A central part of the job is also coordinating the drivers before loading, especially when capacity on certain tours is insufficient. The work is largely operational, in close collaboration with your colleagues. You will have daily dialogue with salespeople, customers, and carriers, where the ability to act quickly is often required.

Your most important personal trait is a strong drive to constantly develop, optimize, and question current solutions so that we can always get a little better. We see that you enjoy working in a process-oriented manner and have both an aptitude and experience working with various programs and system support. You are analytical and have an eye for detail, which helps you identify opportunities for improvement. You are a meticulous person who likes order and structure. The ability to take initiative, make quick decisions, and be solution-oriented is important in the role of Transport Planner. Collaboration is important to you, and you have very good communication skills.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

• A logistics or transport education, or relevant work experience.
• Good computer skills, where previous experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Excel is highly meritorious.
• The ability to read and understand written information and instructions in Swedish.

If you have experience in transport planning or equivalent, and are geographically knowledgeable, we also view this as highly meritorious.

Your Workplace

You will become part of the transport department in Norrköping, where transport planners and order controllers sit together. At the Norrköping warehouse, we have approximately 400 warehouse employees and about 40 drivers.
