About the role

At Beyond Gravity in Linköping, approximately 250 people work with the development and manufacturing of advanced equipment for use in space. The company's main products are adapter and separation systems, where they are world leaders. With 90% of the commercial market, they supply all major launch service providers in the world with equipment for launching satellites of all sizes. The space industry is currently undergoing an exciting change where the traditional space industry is being challenged by "New Space". This includes new technologies and solutions, and it is becoming increasingly important to be able to handle many different types of customers, suppliers, and products. To help the company navigate this changing market, Beyond Gravity is now looking for new colleagues who want to play a central role in shaping their future!

In your role as a logistician, you will among other things handle incoming and outgoing goods, perform inspections, and restock items. You will receive a thorough introduction and work closely with other people who perform similar tasks today. The role requires that you are careful and have a strong focus on quality.

This is a 6-month consulting assignment, with a possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

  • Warehouse management where you restock consumables
  • Receive, package, and ship goods
  • Book and drive out transports and, with the help of a forklift, load and unload goods at the company's external warehouse
  • Send raw materials to subcontractors

We are looking for you who

  • Have a driver's license and forklift license
  • Have worked in warehousing before
  • Have good knowledge of both Swedish and English as it is required to perform the tasks
  • Have previous experience in manufacturing industry
  • Have an interest in computers and have previously worked in business systems
