About the role

We are now looking for you who want to work as an on-call bus driver in urban and regional traffic in Norrköping. You will become part of a wonderful team of 360 employees who drive 100 buses around Norrköping and its surroundings every day.

We are looking for new employees for the depot in Norrköping, and the positions are on an as-needed basis (hourly employment) with a start date to be agreed upon.

Since 2001, Transdev has operated line traffic in Östergötland, and today the driver corps consists of more than 360 drivers. As a bus driver at our depot, you will work among colleagues with a strong family-like cohesion and warm team spirit. Every day, we strive to create attractive public transport with the customer in focus.

Responsibilities

As a bus driver, you are our face to the passengers. You welcome them on board and ensure they reach their destination in a simple, safe, and pleasant way. You are responsible for driving the bus in line and regional traffic in accordance with laws and regulations. The assignment also includes reporting traffic disruptions, deviations, as well as any vehicle faults or damages.

Qualifications

Crucial for the role of bus driver is your driving ability! You are a responsible driver who always drives safely and with consideration for the environment. You keep your cool even in stressful situations and ensure that passengers have a simple, safe, and pleasant journey. Your driving experience and skill behind the wheel make every journey both comfortable and smooth.

• Valid D-class driving license
• Valid Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
• Tachograph driver card according to the Swedish Transport Agency
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
