About Us

AB Boxholmsteknik is a municipal company responsible for the operation, maintenance, and development of water, sewage, waste management, and recycling in Boxholm Municipality. We are a small team with great commitment and high competence, delivering socially vital services every day.

We are currently facing exciting developments – we have introduced four-compartment bins and are modernizing our entire collection system. That is why we are looking for you who want to be part of this from the start and contribute to a sustainable future!

About the Role

The position primarily involves collecting household waste and recyclable materials from households and housing associations. The work takes place both in the field and at the municipality's recycling center. You will have frequent contact with our customers and serve as the face of the operation.

You will be part of a tight-knit team working together to ensure daily life runs smoothly for the residents of Boxholm.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, responsible, and service-oriented. You thrive in a varied and physical work environment, have good collaboration skills, and enjoy meeting people in your daily routine. We also value your ability to prioritize effectively, remain calm under pressure, and easily switch between different tasks.

Requirements

• Category C driver's license
• Valid Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC/YKB)
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Merits:

• Experience in similar roles within waste collection or waste management

Employment Terms

Fixed-term employment until 2026-10-31, with the possibility of extension. Salary according to applicable agreement. Wellness allowance offered.

Start Date

According to agreement.
