We are now looking for a Production Manager (Evening Shift) for our customer warehouse in the building materials sector, located in Åby, Norrköping.

As a Production Manager, you are the link between management and employees, and your role is crucial in translating business goals into practice. You will become part of a great team consisting of team leaders and support functions, working daily towards high efficiency, quality, and sustainability. We are looking for you who will strengthen our team and help us exceed customer expectations together!

About the role

As a Production Manager, you have approximately 10 direct reports who handle common warehouse management tasks within the building materials industry. The position involves an evening shift, Monday to Friday, from 14:00 to 23:00. You play a key role in daily operations by leading the work towards a safe, efficient, and pleasant workplace.

Through coaching and visible leadership, you ensure your team's well-being, motivation, and engagement. Furthermore, you work to ensure compliance with routines regarding occupational health and safety, security, and quality. You also work on optimizing daily staffing conditions, follow up on key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive improvement initiatives. You collaborate with other departments and functions to achieve the region's common goals.

About you

We are looking for someone with high engagement and self-drive. You have a flexible approach and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. You are also meticulous and structured, with the ability and willingness to prioritize tasks. You have a business-minded approach and are good at communicating and building relationships. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented and want to work with continuous improvements.

You are computer literate, especially with the Office package, and have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing. It is an advantage if you have previously held a supervisory role in manufacturing industry, and if you have experience with Lean, 5S, and automation.
