About the role

• Location: Finspång
• Working hours: 2-shift + weekend (with free week)
• Employment type: Fixed-term (full-time)
• Start date: Immediately

The role involves monitoring machines and processes, performing minor adjustments, handling material flows, and ensuring that production runs stably and efficiently. You will check the quality of finished profiles, document deviations, and actively contribute to improvement work within the team.

About you

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and thrives in a practical role within production. You work methodically, have a strong safety mindset, and are accustomed to following procedures throughout the entire work process.

As a person, you are self-motivated but also have an easy time collaborating and communicating with colleagues. You contribute stability, structure, and a strong focus on quality to daily work.

The most important thing is that you have the right attitude, a willingness to develop, and an engagement in contributing to a safe and efficient production.

Formal qualifications

• Driver's license B & access to a car
• Good knowledge of Swedish
• Experience working in industry or production

Merits

• Forklift license A+B
• Overhead crane license
• Experience with pressing or machine monitoring
