Are you a driven and solution-oriented buyer who thrives in a fast-paced environment with high responsibility and close ties to production? We are now looking for an Operational Buyer for an exciting assignment in Linköping, where you will play a central role in ensuring efficient deliveries and optimizing the supply chain.

As an Operational Buyer, you will become a key part of the Supply Support team, working to ensure that the organization's needs are met on time, with the right quality and cost-efficiency. You will work in a production-proximate environment with many contact points and contribute to maintaining a stable material flow.

This role suits you if you enjoy taking responsibility, working independently, and collaborating with various functions within the organization.

• Responsible for purchasing spare parts, repairs, and services
• Placing and following up on purchase and sales orders
• Ensuring deliveries to the operations
• Obtaining and evaluating cost calculations
• Contributing to the optimization of material and information flows
• Reviewing suppliers' cost analyses
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery processes

• At least 3 years of experience in operational purchasing
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently, structured, and solution-oriented
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple parallel tasks

• Experience in purchasing within aircraft maintenance, defense industry, pharmaceutical industry, or other regulated operations
• Experience or interest in export control
• Experience with the business system IFS
