We are looking for two general practitioners who wish to contribute their knowledge and competence to our team. We also offer a rural area supplement of 10,000 SEK in addition to the base salary, plus paid travel time.

Job Responsibilities

In the role of a doctor with us, you will encounter a exciting variety of tasks. At Vårdcentralen Hylte, you will have the opportunity to truly utilize your general medical knowledge. Here you meet the entire population of the district, from the littlest baby to the elderly pensioner. You are by no means alone, but will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for a limited number of patients.

We work with digital methods, and you are expected to assist our patients via chat and video when appropriate, with the patient's needs in focus.

About the Workplace

Vårdcentralen Hylte is a pleasant and well-established rural health center with operations in Hyltebruk, Torup, and Unnaryd. Currently, we have approximately 10,000 patients registered with us.

Here, doctors, district nurses, diabetes nurses, asthma/COPD nurses, child health care nurses, assistant nurses, and medical secretaries work. The entire rehabilitation department is located in Hyltebruk. With smaller units in three locations in the municipality, we have good patient knowledge and can provide personalized care for the whole family.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as a general practitioner. You have the ability to work both structured and flexibly, as well as to create conditions for a good flow at the clinic. You are driven and want to contribute to the development of the practice. We believe in good teamwork, where cooperation between our different professions contributes to a positive atmosphere and professional treatment of our residents.

To ensure good and safe communication with colleagues, patients, and other contacts, we require good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
