About the Role

As a physiotherapist with us, you will work both independently and as part of a team with diverse patient groups, handling both acute and scheduled visits. Your work will involve assessments, treatments, and counseling, with a focus on rehabilitation, self-care, and health promotion. You will meet patients individually and in groups. You will be part of a rehabilitation team consisting of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, doctors, and a rehabilitation coordinator.

About the Workplace

Vårdcentralen Åsa is a pleasant and well-established health center located in a growing town near the sea. There are good commuting options from both north and south via Åsa station. The health center currently has approximately 7,700 registered patients. We value good collaboration within and between professions, with a strong desire to help each other. The foundation of our work is team-based and person-centered care. Dedicated time for team collaboration is available every day.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist, preferably with a few years of experience in the profession.

To thrive with us, you should have well-developed collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently. Good communication and the ability to constructively contribute to solving the priorities we face every day are fundamental for good teamwork. If you also have a sense for digital innovation and a forward-thinking attitude, you might be the person we are looking for. Personal suitability is of great importance.
