About the role & our client:

In your role as Customer Service Representative and Sales Agent for Telenor Consumer, you will help private customers with questions regarding telephony, broadband, subscriptions, pay-as-you-go cards, and TV packages. You will work with customer support, savedesk, and incoming sales calls. Your most important task will be to provide top-class service to customers and create a positive customer experience. The role offers great development opportunities and a salary model where you set your own limits.

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Have completed upper secondary education.
• Speak fluent Swedish.
• Have good knowledge of English.

• Have a clean criminal record.

Advantageous (but not required):

• Previous experience in customer service or sales.
• Computer literacy and experience working with various systems.
• Other language skills.

You can get by with English for a long time as almost the entire local population speaks the language, but if you wish, there is of course the opportunity to take courses in Greek, which is also spoken by many on the island.
