Industrial Workers Wanted – Multiple Opportunities in Luleå and Boden

Great things are happening at Konsultia right now. The strong development within the industry and business sector in Norrbotten is creating new opportunities, and we are therefore looking for more employees for several of our clients in Luleå and Boden. Our assignments cover industry, technology, and logistics, and we are looking for people with different backgrounds, experience, and competencies.

We are currently seeking individuals who thrive in a practical and technical work environment and want to help create value for our clients. Duties include production, maintenance, assembly, quality control, troubleshooting, or other technical tasks.

Your responsibilities

We are now looking for you who have experience from industry, workshops, production, or other technical operations. You have an interest in technology and a willingness to learn new tasks. Experience is an advantage, but we also value the right attitude, engagement, and desire to develop.

We believe you are someone who takes responsibility for your work, works systematically, and finds it easy to collaborate with others. You are solution-oriented, flexible, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Your profile

We would like you to have:

• Experience from industry, technology, or production
• Technical understanding
• Good safety awareness
• Knowledge of welding, CNC, and/or hydraulics
• A Category B driver's license is an advantage
