Quality and Environmental Training Coordinator at Svea Vaccin

Svea Vaccin was certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 in 2025. We are now looking for a registered nurse who wants to take a central role in further developing our quality, environmental, and training efforts.

About the role

You will work closely with the management team and be responsible for coordinating and driving our systematic improvement work as well as the competence development of our healthcare staff. The role combines strategic and operational elements.

Quality and improvement work

• Coordinate and develop the company's quality and environmental work in accordance with ISO 9001/14001
• Manage documentation in the management system and keep procedures up to date
• Monitor goals, analyze trends, and translate improvement proposals into concrete actions
• Plan and document Quality, Environment, and Safety (QES) meetings and Management Reviews

Training and competence development

• Identify and coordinate training needs for doctors, nurses, and vaccinators
• Plan and conduct internal training in consultation with the Operations Manager
• Collaborate with pharmaceutical companies and stay updated on new vaccines and recommendations

Who are we looking for?

You are a registered nurse with an interest in quality, patient safety, and business development. You are structured, analytical, and thrive in a coordinating role with many contact points.

Meritorious: experience with ISO 9001/14001, management systems, internal auditing, or training planning within healthcare.
