This is a role for you who has experience leading large teams. You will have personnel responsibility for approximately 40–60 employees and need to be confident in leading a business with many people, a fast pace, and multiple parallel processes.

Responsibilities

As a Production Manager, you will play a key role where you lead, drive, and develop the daily work together with an engaged team. You are a present leader who thrives close to the operations and your employees, and by planning, distributing, and following up on the work, you create structure, engagement, and good results.

You actively work with competence development and drive continuous improvements that strengthen both the team and the business. In close collaboration with production planners, you ensure an efficient production flow with a focus on delivery security, quality, and profitability. You have personnel responsibility for approximately 40–60 employees and are responsible for leading, developing, and following up on the operations through a present and clear leadership style. At the same time, you contribute to a culture where quality, efficiency, and well-being go hand in hand, and where Woolpower's values permeate the daily work.

About You

You are a confident, clear, and present leader who enjoys taking responsibility, making decisions, and creating engagement in large teams. With a coaching and inclusive leadership style, you enable people to develop, collaborate, and perform towards common goals.

You have a good ability to create structure in a business where many people, processes, and priorities need to work together. At the same time, you are communicative, receptive, and unpretentious, with the ability to build trust and create a positive work environment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in personnel responsibility and operational leadership.
• Has led larger work groups, 30 employees or more.
• Has worked with competence development, occupational health and safety issues, and personnel follow-up.
• Has experience from production, industry, logistics, or other operations with large flows.

It is meritorious if you have experience from textile production as well as knowledge of improvement work and efficiency of production processes.

You are accustomed to working in Microsoft Office and business systems, for example, Monitor. You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. Additional language skills are meritorious as our workplace is characterized by great diversity with employees from over 20 nationalities.

Other Information

Employment Type: Permanent, with a 6-month probation period.

Work Hours: 100 %

Shifts: We are looking for one person for the day shift (07:00–16:00) and one for the evening shift (15:30–24:00).

Start Date: According to agreement.

Salary: Monthly salary according to collective agreement (TEKO Staff Agreement).
