On the short-term ward at Nicklagården, we work from a rehabilitative and salutogenic approach. We receive users who need rehabilitation after hospital stays, respite care for relatives, or palliative care. Here, care assistants, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists work together to create safety and good care for our users.

About the position

We are now seeking employees for a user with a tracheostomy who will be staying on our short-term ward. Initially, round-the-clock supervision by two staff members is required.

The duties mainly involve tracheal care, nursing, and service tasks related to the user. If necessary, the work may also involve support for other users on the ward.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as a care assistant (undersköterska) or nursing assistant, or have an interest in working within healthcare and social care. Experience with tracheal care is meritorious but not a requirement, as training and introduction are offered.

We place great importance on personal suitability and are looking for you who are responsible, calm, flexible, and have good teamwork skills. You have a genuine interest in people and nursing work.

Other requirements:

• Good computer skills
• Good spoken and written Swedish
• Category B driver's license (meritorious)
