About the Role
We are strengthening our finance team and looking for you who want to take a central role in our accounts receivable department. As an Accounting Assistant, you will be the hub of our invoicing flow and work closely with project managers, customers, and finance colleagues. You will have the opportunity to be involved as we develop and bring parts of our invoicing process in-house, contributing to creating efficient ways of working for the future.

Your Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for the group's accounts receivable flow
- Ensure that customer invoicing is done correctly and on time
- Follow up on outstanding customer receivables and payments
- Handle reminders, debt collection, and customer dialogues
- Collaborate with project managers regarding invoicing documentation
- Participate in monthly reconciliations and closing work related to accounts receivable
- Contribute to the development and streamlining of invoicing and accounts receivable processes
- Assist in bringing the accounts receivable function in-house from an external partner and building the process internally
We are looking for you who
- Have post-secondary education in finance (vocational or university)
- Have up to two years of experience in finance work or financial administration
- Have good knowledge of Excel
- Communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing
- Are eager to develop within finance
Meritorious if you have experience with:
- Accounts receivable or invoicing
- Fortnox
- Entré
- Visma or other financial systems

Practical Information
Location: Sundbyberg, Stockholm
Scope: Full-time
Start: As agreed, preferably as soon as possible
Salary: Approximately 30,000–36,000 SEK/month depending on experience
Work Model: Office First with primary presence at the office
