Falck is now looking for an Occupational Health Nurse for our clinic in Karlskrona. This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking company with a successful, stable team. As an Occupational Health Nurse at Falck Health and Working Life, you will work with:

• Medical checks, such as for climbing and synthetic fibers
• Statutory health examinations
• Vaccinations
• Sample collection
• Addiction management and drug testing
• Customer contacts, training, executive advisory, and medical advice
• Clinic operations on-site at our customers' premises
• Health advice and individual action plans
• Coordination and collaboration with various actors in the rehabilitation process, both externally and within Falck

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• At least four years of experience in the nursing profession
• Good IT skills, familiarity with various medical record systems, and the ability and interest in delivering via digital tools
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Merits:

• Experience from Occupational Health Care, or trained as an Occupational Health Nurse or District Nurse
• Experience with drug testing, ECG, and spirometry examinations
• Experience with rehabilitation issues in relation to the employer's working environment responsibility
• Experience in project management, coordination, and leading team work

Other details:

This is a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period. Full-time (100%) with a start date after the summer. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00, excluding public holidays. The role may involve travel in the local area depending on business needs, which means you must have a valid B-driver's license and access to your own car.
