We are now looking for you who want to help develop our product areas and strengthen our position in the Swedish market. In this role, you combine business responsibility, strategy, and operational execution, with a clear focus on creating profitable growth and winning business in a competitive market.

You will become a key person in the organization with significant authority and broad networking opportunities, working closely with both the market and operations – and contributing to ensuring our products reach those who need them most.

Your main responsibilities

• Drive and develop the business within your product areas with P&L responsibility.
• Be responsible for and lead the procurement process – from business analysis to final bid.
• Ensure a clear strategy for how we win business and strengthen our market position.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams in procurement (e.g., bids, product, and sales).
• Build and develop relationships with internal product suppliers and contribute to a competitive assortment.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive development initiatives.
• Support the sales organization with product knowledge, analysis, and business insights.

In this role, you work closely with the entire business team, Etac Sweden's sales organization, marketing, customer service, and our product organizations within Etac (e.g., R82, Molift, Etac, and Immedia). You manage several procurement processes in parallel and collaborate broadly, both locally in Sweden and internationally within the group. You report to Business Manager Håkan Ericsson. The position is based in Mölndal (Gothenburg) or Anderstorp. Regardless of location, you must have the opportunity to work regularly from Anderstorp, where we have production, R&D, and key parts of our sales organization.

Your profile

• We believe you have experience from or are motivated by business-driven roles, preferably with elements of procurement or complex sales.
• You have a good understanding of the Swedish market and procurement processes, preferably with experience from healthcare, habilitation, or assistive device operations.
• You have strong analytical skills and are accustomed to working with business plans, pricing, and decision support materials.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and are proficient in using the Office suite.

As a person, you are structured, driven, and have a strong business acumen. You thrive in a role with a high pace and clear deadlines, where you take responsibility and drive multiple initiatives in parallel. You are analytical and solution-oriented, while also having a good ability to collaborate, influence, and create engagement in others.
