About the Job

We are looking for dedicated contact persons (SKKP) who want to work with young people in Stockholm County. The role involves providing support to young people who may face challenges such as substance abuse, criminality, school absenteeism, mental health issues, and/or neurodevelopmental disorders (NPF).

Requirements

• At least two years of post-secondary education in social work, for example as a treatment assistant, social pedagogue, behavioral scientist, or social worker

or

• Previous experience working as a contact person with this target group

About the Role

As a SKKP, you should be structured, able to build good relationships, and serve as a positive role model. You provide individualized support based on an implementation plan with clear goals, utilizing activities that match the young person's interests. Some documentation is included in the work.

Employment and Working Hours

This is a needs-based employment where working hours vary depending on the assignment. An assignment as a contact person can range from 4 to 10 hours per week, and you may have multiple assignments simultaneously. Assignments can last for extended periods.

We welcome diversity and strive to match the contact person and the young person based on individual needs. Therefore, we are primarily looking for contact persons with broad availability; primarily those available during daytime hours, and secondarily those available after office hours, i.e., evenings and weekends.
