Job Responsibilities

You will work together with competent colleagues in a team with varied tasks, which may include:

• Personal care, service, and social interaction
• Documentation and planning
• Healthcare tasks delegated by a nurse
• Development work

Working hours are scheduled during days, evenings, and weekends.

The Home Care Group North is based at Centrumhuset Hagbyängar in Nora.

Qualifications

• Educated assistant nurse (undersköterska) with experience in elderly care
• Professional in meetings with users and relatives
• Computer literacy and experience with documentation
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Important information regarding the job title: From July 1, 2023, the title "undersköterska" (assistant nurse) is a protected professional title. To be employed with this title, you must provide a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen). Alternatively, a certificate from a previous employer confirming that you held a permanent position as an assistant nurse on July 1, 2023, when the regulations came into force.
