Voith Hydro AB is a global player in hydropower and plays an important role in the transition to sustainable energy. We are now looking for a Field Service Coordinator who wants to strengthen the delivery in a technology-intensive and socially important operation.

About the role

As a Field Service Coordinator, you will be a key person in planning and coordinating field service assignments. You ensure that the right competence is in place and that projects are carried out efficiently; from planning to follow-up.

You work closely with both your own staff and hired installers, with many contact points internally and internationally.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Planning and coordination of field service assignments
• Ensuring staffing and the right competence in projects
• Follow-up of time reporting, utilization, and documentation
• Coordination of travel, training, and safety requirements
• Collaboration with project managers, technicians, and international units

Who are you?

To succeed in the role, you need to have a good technical understanding and enjoy being close to the operations. You do not need to be a specialist, but you need to understand what the work in the field entails and be able to build trust.

You are a person who takes responsibility, is structured, and has the ability to handle many parallel activities.

We would like you to:

• Have experience in planning, coordination, or a similar role
• Have a technical background, preferably from industry, mechanics, or energy
• Be confident in prioritizing and making decisions in a changing daily routine
• Communicate clearly, directly, and without hierarchy
• Easily build relationships with both internal and external parties
• Experience from hydropower, heavy industry, or work close to field personnel is advantageous.
