We are now looking for a Logistician for our laboratory and production operations in Västerås. Here, you will have an important role in the daily flow, where your work contributes to ensuring that the right deliveries are made on time and with high quality.
About Unident LAB
Unident LAB is a modern full-service dental technology laboratory located in Västerås. Every week, we produce dental technology for over 1,000 patients, including crown and bridge technology, implant prosthetics, bite splints, and much more.
We work with both digital and traditional dental technology and collaborate with skilled partners around the world. At Unident LAB, we use modern and well-developed technology throughout the entire process – from impression to finished product – to deliver high-quality dental technology, exactly as our customers demand.

About the Role
The role of Logistician involves coordinating the flow of dental impressions, 3D files, and finished prosthetic parts between dental clinics and production. Your tasks include, among other things:
- Performing logistical tasks in production and lab environments according to order slips and instructions
- Ensuring that work maintains the right quality and is delivered according to the agreed schedule
- Communicating with customers and suppliers
- Placing orders and purchases as well as approving invoices
- Contributing to the development and efficiency improvement of work processes
You report to the Laboratory Manager and are part of a team of 5 colleagues. The position is full-time and initially a fixed-term contract until September, with good opportunities for extension.
Your Profile
You are a responsible, careful, and structured person who thrives when the pace is high. You are driven and engaged in your work and are happy to take personal responsibility to ensure tasks are completed correctly and on time. You have good computer and system skills and feel comfortable working in multiple systems simultaneously.
You are service-minded, stress-resistant, and professional in your contact with customers, suppliers, and colleagues. With a fast working style and good prioritization skills, you can handle changes and work efficiently even during periods of high workload.
Requirements and Experience
- Secondary education
- Work experience in logistics is advantageous, as is experience from the dental industry.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing
- Very good computer/system skills and ease in learning new systems and tools
