The Role of Project Manager / Site Supervisor

As a Project Manager/Site Supervisor at our company, you have overall responsibility for ensuring our installation projects run smoothly. You are the link between planning and practical execution. This role suits you if you are fundamentally an electrician looking to take on more responsibility, or if you already have experience leading smaller teams and projects.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

• On-site Leadership: The role involves operationally leading the installation team and ensuring high technical quality during the assembly of solar panels, battery systems, and charging stations.
• Project Planning: Coordination of materials, personnel, and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Quality & Safety: You ensure that all installations follow industry standards, electrical safety requirements, and our own high quality goals.
• Customer Relations: You are the face of the company and act as the customer's contact person throughout the project.

Who are you?

We are looking for a confident and driven person who thrives on making decisions and taking responsibility. You are good at communicating and have the ability to motivate your team towards common goals.

Your qualifications:

• Educated electrician with at least 3 years of professional experience.
• Experience with installations in solar panels, charging stations, and battery systems.
• Category B driver's license (manual transmission).
• Good proficiency in digital documentation and administrative tools.

It is an advantage if you have:

• ECY certificate.
• Previous experience in site supervision or project coordination.
• Knowledge of contracting and occupational health and safety responsibilities.
