About the Role

• Provide ongoing process support to the manufacturing operations.
• Monitor process performance and drive improvement measures.
• Contribute to risk analyses, deviation management, and problem-solving.
• Support cross-functional forums, audits, and supplier collaboration.

What You Will Do

• Review manufacturing documentation from a process and quality perspective.
• Participate in process development as well as investment and development projects.
• Plan, execute, and document process and product qualifications.
• Provide technical expertise to ensure robust working methods.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

• An engineering degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Several years of experience as an engineer in the manufacturing industry.
• Good knowledge of process development and quality work.
• Ability to work independently, structured, and analytically.
• Good collaboration and communication skills.
